We know that expanding our labour force is crucial to our continued success. Synergi works with the businesses, municipalities, Chambers of Commerce, and the provincial government to build collective recruitment action plans and training opportunities.

Housing Solutions
Growing communities need future-proof housing solutions. Low vacancy rates and high household income creates exciting developer opportunities. Synergi works with municipalities to determine their housing needs and facilitate residential developments. Synergi’s knowledge of local industrial, residential, and commercial land requirements, zoning, tax policies, and licensing helps developers fast-track their projects.
Developing Strong Communities
Growing communities need the right support services to thrive. Synergi worked with our communities to identify a need for expanded early childhood learning and childcare services. Together, we secured a facility large enough to meet the early childhood education and childcare needs for our area families.

WHO WE ARE
Synergi is the trade name for Community Development of Eastern Charlotte (CDEC). We are a non-profit community development agency partnering with local municipalities and other community organizations to help them achieve their goals for growth. By working together and maximizing our resources, we’re able to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of our individual efforts.
WHO WE SERVE
Synergi works with the New Brunswick Municipalities of Fundy Shores, McAdam, and Campobello Island. Our region covers areas represented by the Southwest New Brunswick Service Commission.
MISSION
Synergi is an energetic non-profit bringing our communities together through consultation and collaboration, leveraging the power of our momentum to fuel growth. Working with the region’s municipalities, organizations, and businesses, we help them determine their priorities and achieve their goals for a strong, healthy future.
